Test set was powered-on. LCD screen has display problems and needs to be replaced. Cannot read all of the displayed information due to dark horizontal lines throughout the display. Menu selection keys and rotary dial are operational and the display responds to key presses and dial rotation where applicable. Cannot test functionality of the equipment since we are not set up to do so.
