JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• CRM: Manage our Infusionsoft CRM, build and manage campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Create email fliers and letters, manage email campaigns.
• PPC: Manage Google, MSN and Yahoo pay-per-click (PPC) advertisements.
• Social Networking: Manage social networking accounts.
• Link Building: Directory submissions, PR and blog article writing, more.
• SEO: Assist with proper search engine optimization of multiple websites.
• Product Listing: Photograph, describe and price our ecommerce products.
• eBay: Manage eBay accounts or other third-party shopping sites.
• Graphics: Design and create computer graphics, banners, email flyers.
• Articles: Create content for blogs, PR articles and social networking sites.
• Wordpress: - Build and manage word press websites.

Our customers are manufacturers, contractors, utilities, governments, and others around the world.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

• College degree, 2-4 years in business or marketing, or a technical field
• Self-taught in online marketing okay. Must stay current with industry trends.
• Technical background in electronics repair, engineering or other.
• Artistic and knows computer graphics software.
• Strong writing skills.
• Must be well organized, efficient, and work with minimal supervision when necessary.
• Must have strong computer and internet search skills, required.

Sales Engineer

We are primarily looking for individuals with a technical background--which includes training or experience in a technical field--and who have a strong desire to learn or be a sales engineer.

Candidates should be technically-minded in able to understand the basic function of the products, self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision. You will be expected to learn fiber optics, test and measurement, Infusionsoft CRM, network with customers, warm and cold calling, organize and track government sales, attend a few trade shows each year, and more. Some fiber products include fusion splicers, OTDRs, laser light sources, optical test equipment, and optical cable and connectivity products. We prefer sales experience but it’s not required. Online marketing background is a plus.  Asset recovery experience helpful. Experience in test equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, lab and other high-tech industries helpful.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales of mostly new fiber optic equipment & some used high-tech.
• Managing customers using CRM and e-mail lists.
• Handle sales from first contact to close.
• Negotiate purchase of surplus assets.
• Work trade shows for new sales.
• Write a few articles for our blogs and social networking accounts.
• Track select forums for industry related issues.
• Warm and cold calling customers and prospects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prefer 2-4 year degree in a technical related field.
• Prefer 2 or more years related experience.
• Prefer experience in electronics, fiber optics, semiconductors, or other technical field.
• Well organized and proficient in business computer tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay is based on prior experience, technical knowledge and proven results. Pay increases can be given very quickly after starting where warranted. Generous commissions upon learning products, and based on performance.

Fusion Splicer Engineer

Have you worked for AFL-Fujikura, Fitel, Sumitomo, Corning or Vytran? We are most anxious to talk to you. This applies to any past or current employees. We have a standing offer to anyone who can provide labor, consultation or documents on repairing and calibrating fiber optic fusion splicers from any splicer manufacturer.

Technicians and engineers, do you have experience with fusion splicer assembly, repair or calibration from working for any of the above companies? Whether you are in Phoenix, AZ or not, call us immediately. We want full or part time people who have worked at any of the above fusion splicer manufacturers. We are looking for consulting, technical article submissions, or obtaining repair instructions on fusion splicer models greater than circa 1995.
