Stainless Steel Lapping/Polishing Fixture,positive stop and adjustable part loading for obtaining extremely accurateflatness and parallelism specifications on wafers and flat specimens.
Conditioning Rings
Lapmaster Conditioning Rings are specially designed to correspond with the A-Series. These rings serve a dual purpose; theyare used primarily for retaining parts during processing and at the same timemaintain lap plate flatness. They consist of two separate rings which are bonded together; one made from stainless steel and the other made from polycarbonate.
