Photon Kinetics 7100, 7250 & 7800 Fiber Testing Kit.

The Photon Kinetic Light Sources and Power Meters are used by installers of fiber optic cables and systems.  They are used to test connectorized and unconnectorized fiber optic cable and cable components. Visual Fualt locators are used to detect breaks or faults in fiber optic cables. This kit contains three units:  7100 Power Meter, 7250 Light Source, 7800 Visual Fault Locator

The power meter model 7100 operates at wavelengths 1310 & 1550.  The Light Source model 7250 operates at 1310 and 1550 wavelengths and can switch from CW to 2kHz frequencies and has a low battery indicator.
