SEO TI-SPB Titan Tunable Laser Pump/Source

Diode laser pumping station. This array of optic components uses laser input to excite a Ti/Saphire crystal (usually doped w/ rare-earth metals) which then gets pumped into a fiber. The crystal mounting block is liquid cooled to control heat dissipation. The lenses minimize the divergence of the pump light. Components are mounted on a breadboard 23.5" x 11.25" with tapped 1/4-20 threads on one inch centers.

There is an extra crystal that comes with this set-up, barium-titanate 6.0 x 6.0 x 5.6 mm.
