We sell a wide range of high tech equipment and are not experts in all areas. We do try, however, to fully disclose any issues or defects know to us in our item descriptions. All buyers are encouraged to contact us with any concerns prior to purchasing. We will be happy to perform any tests on an item prior to its sale upon request.
In general, most items include a 10-day ROR (Right-of-Return) and RRR guarantee (Repair, Replace or Refund) ranging from 1 to 90 days. Some items are sold for parts due to condition or age of the item. Check the item's description for details on warranty and return.

The 10-day ROR means that you can return an item for any reason, for a full refund or exchange, less shipping.
Exchange warranty varies from 7-days to 180-days. See item details page.
Manufacturer's warranty for fusion splicers vary from 1-year to 2-years. See item details page.
Guarantee Not DOA (Dead On Arrival) means that we will guarantee the item to substantially function. However, this may not have any bearing on whether the item requires standard maintenance or calibration. The 10-day ROR generally does not apply in these situations.
Our warranty on the Asia-model Fujikura & Sumitomo fusion splicers is for a period of 3-years. This covers all parts and labor, except normal wear and tear or calibration. Shipping is included for the continental USA for the first year. A replacement splicer will be provided at no charge while your unit is being serviced, shipping not included.
